Troubleshooting
My VeSync account is connected to Alexa, but voice control isn't working.
- Make sure VeSync can control your device remotely. If not, check your internet access and remote control settings.
- Make sure Amazon Echo is connected to the internet.
VeSync still won't connect to Alexa after multiple attempts.
1. Open the Alexa app > tap More > Skills & Games.

2. Search VeSync, then tap to select.

3. Tap Enable to Use, log in to VeSync, then tap Authorize.
Failed to load! Tap to retry.
4. After authorization, tap Discover Device.
Failed to load! Tap to retry.
5. Set Up Device. And then you can now use Alexa to control your device!

If you need to unlinkļ¼please go to Alexa App to disable VeSync skill.
